Email our friendly customer support team at info@susanandhelenleura.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
2. Receive Return Instructions
We'll provide you with the correct return address and simple instructions.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending your parcel. Returns sent to an incorrect address, including the sender address printed on your original package, may not be processed.
3. Send Your Return
Send your parcel using a tracked postal service and email us your tracking number so we can follow its journey.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Our central return warehouse is located in Asia, so international return postage may apply.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your parcel can be safely monitored.
We offer free delivery Australia-wide, so no original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, different arrangements apply as outlined below.
Your Refund
Once your eligible return has arrived at our warehouse and has been checked, we'll process a full refund of the item price to your original payment method.
You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please allow a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Your statutory refund rights remain unaffected.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
We're sorry if your order hasn't arrived as expected.
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us at info@susanandhelenleura.com with your order number and, if possible, a photograph of the issue.
We'll help arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a repair, replacement or refund, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Where you are legally entitled to a remedy, we will also cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs as required by law.
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind after ordering?
You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided your order has not yet been dispatched.
Simply email info@susanandhelenleura.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled through our cancellation process. However, you can still request a return within 30 days of delivery under our change-of-mind return policy.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
